Jarr was a mercenary who commanded a small troop of four other colleagues. Though he had a small force, he was undoubted formidable to anybody who got in his way, for his thinking, planning and special procedures always completed a plan without fail. Jarr was a Zyglak, and an unusual one at that. He wore a black top hat and a long black cloak. He also carried various guns and weapons, and was an expert at all forms of combat, defeating three powerful Vahki squads with only his dagger. He was cunning and devious, not savage like the other members of his kind. However, his most important trait was how he wasn't intimidated by anybody, not even flinching as he met Blackout or Malygos, two very powerful commanders. However, he definitely wasn't at peaceful terms with them either. Jarr tried to bribe Malygos: protosteel, and he wouldn't destroy Xia. However, when Malygos refused and sent Vahki to destroy him, the real problems began. Destroying the Vahki and escaping from the tower, Jarr went to an island with his posse for a meeting. After this, he quickly ordered one of his colleagues to destroy Xia, which he did. The group was attacked by an entire legion of Blackout's horde soon after, but the group managed to defeat them. Cruelly trapping the live ones on the island, Jarr and his colleagues sped away in their speeder, putting a laser system out: if anybody touched it, some unknown location would explode. After this, Jarr made an alliance with the Nynrah Ghosts. However, as he was going away, his speeder was destroyed with a hadrium bomb planted by one of Blackout's Rahkshi and the Nynrah island was destroyed by Blackout using T-4 missiles. Jarr and his colleagues swam to a secret underwater hideout, planning their final attack. When Blackout was battling with Zev, Jarr and his group attacked. Blackout disarmed them, defeated them, and probably killed them. And even if he didn't, the Matoran Universe is uninhabitable, and Blackout was probably smart enough not to let him on board Darkmount.
