A planetary self-destruct system is a device used by 153, one of Liquid Ocelot's experiments, to destroy a planet after he had lured Zev to it. It is unknown if other Hand of Ocelot planets are equipped with this system.
It is also unknown whether the "planetary destruct sequence Delta" triggered by Blackout is related to this system.
